About our dairy.

Our goats are milked in a milking parlor next door to the dairy. Twelve goats are milked by machine at a time as they munch on grain.

The raw milk is held in refrigerated stainless steel bulk tanks.
The milk processing plant is a computer controlled, stainless steel operation that takes the milk through a sophisticated pasteurizing process, the separation of milk from the cream (for the 2% Reduced Fat Goats’ Milk), to the automated machine that fills the bottles with milk and caps it.
